Wet T-shirt would be fun.
A quarterly industrial / fetish themed night would be nice (I'd be willing to DJ or perform!). A way to entice the Fetish/Kink community to come partake (and show off our dungeon!). I know it's not for everyone, but it's a very sizable subculture.
Periodic burlesque shows on stage would be fun. Doesn't have to be mainstream/classic/professional. Just ladies having fun doing sensual stripteases to music!
Karaoke and open mic nights would be a blast for sure.

There should be karaoke / open mic at least twice a week, and I'd be happy to host. I wouldn't do it for bananas, but my rates are affordable. ;D
Actually... I've hosted and sang for some burlesque shows too. Maybe we should actually talk about this? 8)
A couple years back I heard 2 ladies doing Karaoke in there and they were really good.

How about a talent night? Entrants could do standup, impersonations, card tricks, etc. Winner gets a one hour party with the lady of his choice.
Karaoke can be fun or it can be really bad! You have to have the right crowd from my experience

From experience - Baby Oil works great and is easy cleanup. You can buy it in bulk at Costco or Sam's Club. Amazon probably has it in bulk too.
Get an inflatable kiddie pool. Fill with Baby Oil. Also cover the girls in it except faces and hair (and make sure long hair is in a ponytail or bun to make washing the stuff out easier). Then let the wrestling begin! Around the pool lay out towels so girls don't slip and fall getting out and they can wipe their feet before putting shoes on.
We used to do Baby Oil wrestling in pre-shows for the Rocky Horror Picture Show shadowcast I was part of. It was a ton of fun and under lights girls looked really sexy all shiny covered in oil. We wrestled in string bikinis!
