I was sitting at a table alone--deep into an Agatha Christie book. I saw a man come in out of the corner of my eye. He said hi to a few people, walked by my table, set a bag in front of me without saying a word, went to the bar and sat down. Inside the bag was a beautiful gold scarf. I went to the bar, "What's this?"
He said, "You said you liked gold."
Now that is a classy move. It made my day.
