Cobia is debating rather to stay his standard week or put in full two weeks this year. He might also be deciding rather to roll in a month early or wait till March or April.  He has to cordinate his schedule with CoCo to make the trip to E 28 fit in between his wild boar hunting in Texas and his African Safari/big game hunting trip.  He is very busy.
