Talked  to Cheff  Jeff a few weeks ago. ((The Head Chef @ the Mustang))
        He  said they were going 2  do  someting  different this year @
    24th Annual Rocky Mountain Oyster Fry in Virginia City,, NV.   It  was yesterday  ((SAT 03/15/ 2K15 )).
      (( every year dureing   St Patty's weekend w/ a St. Patrick's Day parade))

    Did Chef Jeff win this year 24th Rocky Mountain Oyster Fry  Contest ?

oh btw    No. they  R  not  Oyster.   They are  livestock testicles.
      This  is  1 of the  big events  in V. C. NV  ((next 2   the Camel Races  &  the V.C. Regional CookOFF ))

Chef Jeff burned his hand the last time I was at the Ranch. I'm glad to hear he's back in action.

They're also called calf-fries. Buffalo calf-fries are the best.

i didn't get around to asking how Team Mustang did in the Oyster Fry Competition, but Jeff's hand is healing well, it looks like it was a very nasty burn         Keep getting well Jeff
