The Picnic / Barbeque will be held the morning and afternoon of Saturday July 21, 2018. The picnic will be hosted by Interested bystander and Sheri. The picnic will start at 10:00 AM and last until 5:00 PM or until everyone has left; we have no curfew this year so everyone can stay as long as they want. There will be typical continental breakfast available in the morning (coffee, milk, fruit, pastries, etc.) and we will start preparing to cook lunch around noon. Lunch will consist of typical picnic fare such as hamburgers and hotdogs. Everyone is welcome at the picnic but we need everyone to RSVP so that we will know how many people are coming and you will know where the picnic is being held.

The picnic location will be sent by return email.
There is no charge for the picnic but donations are appreciated.
The picnic starts at 10 am, but anyone willing to help setup should arrive by 9:30 am.
