Well, jmat... it's up to you since you started the thread, but if *I* were awarding a title like "True Mustang Cowgirl," my criteria would be real "cowgirl skills."  E.g., Can she ride a horse? Can she throw a lasso? Can she mend a fence?  That's just me though.  heh heh
