1.          How has business been effected since the Lamar Odom incident, positive or negative?
We have not been aware of any effect on the Mustang business. The Mustang Ranches superior location supported by the public's perception of professional excellence and historical significance insulates our revenue base.  The Mustang Ranch is not a "New Comer" to the industry, and is managed by professional Madam's with years of Brothel experience.

2.          Are customers or celebrities worried about being publicly outed for going to the brothel?  How are you handling that to make yourself different from the other brothels?
As a " Seasoned " participant in this age old industry, we understand the concept of "do not kiss, do not tell'. We are not a LOUD, BOISTEROUS, Ego Driven Business. Our Owner is a professionally successful, multi- industry sensitive State / County leader. This top down environment delivers the training, direction and understanding of the value of confidentially. Every Employee, over 40 of them, and every
( IC ), that's our working ladies, sign non- disclosure / confidentially agreements. ( NDA's ). The discipline is enforced, and there has never been a case of Customer Disclosure from the Mustang Ranch. No cameras, no cell phones, and no recording electronics are allowed on the Mustang premises. A 24 hour, trained " Security Staff", enforce these critical procedures.   

3.          How are the girls different at Mustang Ranch than the other brothels?  Why is it a better experience?
Our Ladies are highly respected associates in our private world. They are not here for anyone's pleasure other than their customers. Ownership, Staff, or outside vendors are prohibited from personal relations or interaction and continued employment is predicated on following this procedure. We call them our ( IC's ). That's short for Independent Contractors and they are absolutely treated as such.. Our selection process is professional and targeted. The interview process is staffed with seasoned Madams, with industry specific working backgrounds, some going back 20 or more years. If selected, a trial association is commenced and carefully monitored for excellence of service. There is a mandatory training process, lasting for one or more weeks, even for those "working ladies" that have participated in the industry for years. They must be Mustang quality Ladies, and trained in the Mustang ways. The Holy Grail is " Care Giver". One in 10 are selected and usually one out of 3 make the grade.

4.          What are you proactively doing to set yourself apart from the other brothels?
The Mustang Facilities are award winning. There is nothing else like them  in the State of Nevada They have been designed "by working ladies for working ladies". Beautiful rooms with vacation quality appointments abound. Vegas style suites and  client comfort amenities are focused on. Putting our money where our mouth is, has led to millions of dollars in vacation quality facility investments that are the envy of the industry.

Hospitality disciplines are taught to everyone. Regular training meetings, with restaurant staff, nightclub staff, housekeeping staff ,cashiers, and critical Security Staff are a standard. It's a real business. Confidentially and Respect is the Holy Grail.
Working Ladies are carefully selected, then trained, and then cared for with the respect they deserve. We offer training in Customer care and services, regular sales training with professional techniques for " Selling Luxury", and regular health clinics with health specialists to establish quality guidelines for our IC's and customers alike. 5.          Are you worried about the Lamar incident effecting licensing or enforcement around the brothels?
The Mustang Ranch Ownership does not promote the Legalization of Prostitution across the land. The critical element we do support is Regulation. No industry requires more over-site or Community regulation than the Industry of Adult intimacy. Atrocities abound in every city, county and community in the world. Left un  regulated the industry is in the hands of ugly predators, Pimps, Gangs, any all other forms of criminal activity abound in the illegal industry. Legalization is not an answer. Tight Regulation is.

As is all industry today, there is good, better and best. Storey County is considered the Best at Brothel Regulation in the State of Nevada. Just read their Ordinance. Strong police enforcement and oversight is paramount. All Working Ladies are required to obtain work cards, and those include fingerprints, FBI background checks, and an identified schedule of criminal background events that will disqualify their application. The Storey County regulatory environment sets the standard for Brothel Industry oversight. Mustang Ranch is a strong supporter of this quality level of Industry Regulation.
                 
6.          Have you had any of the girls from Hof's brothels seek employment at your brothels?  If so, were they allowed to work, or were they turned away?
The Mustang Ranch is an equal opportunity Facility. No one is summarily turned away. The association standards are set very high and only a few will qualify to work at the Mustang. Some have said it is difficult to get recognized and accepted at the Ranch. We believe that is very true and are committed to remaining that way. Our Goal is to only associate with the top tier 10 percent of the ladies who choose to participate in this special profession.

7.          What would you say to celebs looking to come to a brothel but worried about the owner admitting they've been there?
First and foremost they are foolish if seek this specialized form of Adult Entertainment in any environment other than a Legal and Licensed Nevada Brothel. The Critical element is protected health issues as there are things out there that can kill you. Skin to skin contact in Strip clubs is very troublesome. We are not sure they even supply sinks to wash hands? Mustang Ladies are health checked weekly, and health is a serious issue at the Ranch. Ladies who do not qualify at this health level often simply turn to illegal activities in Hotels or strip clubs.  These are dangerous games.

That being said, In every professional industry in America, there are GOOD, BETTER, and BEST choices. We believe the comment is " BUYER BE WARE". There are Legal Nevada Brothels that have looked to prosper from identifying clientele for short sighted marketing purposes. That same thing is rampid in the illegal industry. Tell all books are somewhat of a standard. The Mustang Ranch is NOT one of those historically, nor ever will be. There are other Ranches like Sheri's, and Chicken Ranch in Pahrump Nevada  that are represented by quality professional ownership that respect human dignity and confidentially. They are not run on a Loud, Boisterous, Ego Driven Platforms. Again, its Buyer BEWARE.
8.          How is drug use/policy addressed at Mustang Ranch?
This answer starts with Storey County. We are a drug free community with no tolerance for drug use. Even the proliferation of marijuana distribution has been rejected by Storey County Leadership. The Mustang Ranch is a no tolerance, drug free environment in Storey County. The ranch does not condone drug use nor any supplement that is not approved by the Federal Drug Administration. This policy is enforced by Strong Security, Bag Checks of all employees and IC's entering or leaving the Property, There is also the use of drug dogs to randomly visit all working rooms. Mustang Ranch administrative personal are aware of everyone's presence and status in every minute of every day. We utilize negotiation rooms to book the adult adventure, and all working ladies check in and out of every event. We are not the Drug Police with our customers, but no Mustang Working Lady may over use alcohol nor participate in illegal drug use. The Company also reserves the right to Drug Test all personnel while on Property. Superior Customer Service requires the Working Lady be in exquisite control of her environment.

9.          Why should somebody go to Mustang Ranch over going to Love or Bunny Ranch?

Jennifer, I'm a bit disappointed there seems to be new ladies who start and only work for three weeks and then are never seen again.  Harlow James and Bria come to mind.  They were both fantastic parties.  Anything being done to help retain new ladies?  Thanks, I'll hang up and listen.

I've worked at three legal brothels in Nevada, and the Mustang has, by far, the most pride in ownership. The facility is spotlessly clean and beautiful. The food is delicious. The bar is non-smoking!!!
