What are you giving up for Lent

I'm not a religious person but I think it's a great invitation to better yourself.
This year, I'm going to try to give up negative self-talk completely!

What are you going to give up, cut out, or let go of?

I was thinking about giving up hot Ladies at the Mustang but about that time I woke up ....thank god !!  what a night mare.

I would like to get rid of what negativity I have. I am usually not negative but work seems to get me that way sometimes. Trying to give up about 50 pounds also.

I imagine with letting go of negativity, the 50 will be much easier to let go of.
