Are you speaking of the language or type of kissing?
If kissing, some do some don't but they don't like to advertise they do because they don't want to commit to it in case the guy has oral issues that they don't want to come in contact with whether it be bad breath or worse. It's something you will have to discuss most likely in private & in person with the Lady
As for Language, no idea

I did but I am really rusty. French is in the same language group as Romanian along with Italian and Spanish so I usually understand them all to different degrees.
