Title: Mobile Friendly
Post by: KittiMinx on Apr 09, 2019, 11:20 AM
The website isn't very mobile friendly and difficult to navigate regardless of the phone used. Neither is the forum, really, but that can be solved by integrating to the Tapatalk app. Just throwing that out there given my IT and web design background.

By the way... Kitti if you know how to do the Tapatalk integration (which should be really simple), plus you're physically there at the ranch and can approach management..... could you volunteer to do it??? Would be great to spring forward on the mobile front  ;)

I'm more of a computer / web design IT person than a mobile app one I'm afraid. :( Though I may be able to figure it out - I have a friend whose done it.

I guess I'm just used to doing things the hard way, I have no problems with the site viewing it on my phone. I honestly don't know what I'd want improved....

I think it also depends on your phone, though, and which browser you're using. I'm on an iphone using the google chrome app and I have few problems with the forum or site but you can tell the website is meant to be viewed on a desktop.

It works fine on my laptop but it bugs out on my IPhone and IPad. Without Tapatalk the forum itself is a bit of a hassle to use a mobile. Slightly easier on the IPad though.

I'd have to agree with you Kitti. So not mobile friendly!! A desktop would be easier to forum read and post, but hopefully a better software program becomes available for us to use. All in good time right? With all the different steps and zooming in and out, I can't help but to think of it as very "2008" lol
