Title: Web site https:// certificate
Post by: johann on Jul 28, 2019, 09:08 AM
If I use www.mustangranchbrothel.com to access the main web page, I get the following error:

www.mustangranchbrothel.com uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is only valid for mustangranchbrothel.com
Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

This can be fixed in part by accessing it via mustangranchbrothel.com with out the "www.", however there are still some problems.  In particular, the ladies videos are linked as follows:

<source src="https://www.mustangranchbrothel.com/images/videos/saige.mp4" type="video/mp4"></source>

which causes them to fail to load.

I took a quick look at the certificate, and my suggestion would be to get whoever is creating it to use both "mustangranchbrothel.com" and "www.mustangranchbrothel.com" in the Subject Alternative Name section.  That'll make it work correctly when you use the same certificate for both of those names.

I have that problem when using internet explorer.  Just started fairly recently.  Firefox works fine.
