Or you can probably do it yourself you just need a photo editor with a blurr tool.

Open Photoshop
Choose Lasso Tool on the left bar
Draw around the edges of the face
Go to Filter / Blur / Gaussian Blur
Hit Ok

If you don't have photoshop almost any photo program will let you highlight or trace around something in the picture and then go to filer or effects. Every program has a blur effect.

Alternatively
Draw big X through the face with Fat Sharpie
Take a picture with the phone (poor man's scan)
