A man in a restaurant eating a steak, suddenly puts his own hands to his throat, indicating he is choking. A waitress, seeing and recognizing this, rushes to him, stands him up, unfastens his belt and trousers, and lowers them and his undershorts... she then kneels behind him and plants a huge kiss on his ass, and this causes him to cough and expel the offending piece of meat.

She is immediately surrounded and treated like the heroine she is. She is asked "what you did was so unusual, we've never seen anything like it. What did you do?"  She replied "I realized he was choking, so I gave him the hiney-lick maneuver"
