Thanksgiving leftovers

While I love a late night thanksgiving plate, turkey soup, sandwiches, etc.... Our traditional after thanksgiving meal is turkey bone gumbo.... Just had it after stirring the rue until it was deep dark chocolate color.  The holiday season is officially on!
