MC accepted at MR?

Last time I visited Mustang Ranch I attempted to use my MasterCard. At that time, last spring, they had lost their account and I couldn't use my card.  Apparently the MasterCard organization didn't want to do business with a brothel, even a legal one in Nevada. It pretty much ruined my trip as I didn't have and couldn't withdraw enough cash to pay for the party I desired.

I'm planning my next trip and would prefer to not carry the necessary cash. Does MR accept MasterCard these days?
