Dear Phoenix,
Here's the procedure for casting a ballot. You must be a CWMC-18 registered voter, and I notice "Phoenix" is listed. To cast a ballot, first click on the bold type main voting page link below. After the main voting page opens, the 3rd paragraph down states, "Nomination for all awards will begin February 1, 2014. To nominate a brothel or a lady for an award please use this form." Next, click "this form" on the main voting page. Then make your selections and click "Submit Query" on the nominating form page. Afterward wait about three days and check the "Current list of registered voters who have participated in the nominating round" to make certain your ballot was accepted. Important, you must enter the same email address and handle or name used when you originally registered.

The Nominating Period for COY, BOY & RBOY awards began on February 1, 2014 and ends on February 28, 2014 at midnight PST.
The First Round of voting for all awards will begin on March 1, 2014 and end on March 31, 2014 at midnight PDT.
The Final Round of voting for the 5 finalists in each category will begin on April 1, 2014 and end on April 30, 2014 at midnight PDT.
Winners will be announced at the CWMC-18 Banquet on July 18, 2014 in Reno.
