Yes lol ! I got a new tripod off Amazon, and it has a remote, so that makes it a little easier! There isn't always someone around to take amazing pictures of my butt for me... these are my princess problems lol.

Check your camera or phone's settings;  I'll bet you anything there's a self timer.  That will let you prop up the camera or phone somewhere and you will 10-15 seconds to run around and get in front of the camera.

Yah my phone has the timer. These ring lights are so awesome and they come with a remote shutter button that just Bluetooths to the phone. So convenient!
